Each vendor is assigned a designated 10x10 booth space. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, signage, and setup materials. Participating vendors will also be listed on the official event website and promoted through select marketing channels.

Vendor Pricing
Choose the option that works best for your business. Each day includes full access to Expo programming and your vendor booth setup.
Early Bird Pricing (Ends June 15):
Standard Vendor: $300 total
Food Truck Vendor: $550 total
Nonprofit Vendor: 1 complimentary spaces available*
Standard Pricing (After June 15):
Standard Vendor: $400 total
Food Truck Vendor: $650 total
*All food trucks must be fully self-contained, properly permitted, and will be assigned to a designated food truck zone. Limited electricity access is available.
*Nonprofit booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to application approval.

We’re committed to ensuring a professional, high-impact experience for all participants. To maintain event quality, vendors are expected to:
Arrive on time for setup and stay through the designated hours
Keep booth spaces clean and well-staffed
Abide by all local business and health regulations
Only sell approved products/services
Promote participation via your social media channels
